Drop your computer off at the Corvid Computing office for a deluxe tune-up. We perform all the following services for one low package price.

• General evaluation of your system
• Complete backup of your computer
• Thorough test of your hard drive (physical and file system)
• Scan for and remove viruses, adware, spyware, and other malware
• Evaluate your malware protection
• Uninstall or disable unnecessary programs that are slowing you down
• Install critical and security operating system updates
• Disk cleanup and defragmentation
• Address questions and problems you have identified

Terms and conditions:

1. Advertised price is valid only for computers left in our office. On-site visits are available but cost much more because many of the tune-up operations have long wait times. At our office we can work on other systems while they are running; at your location we would need to charge you for all that wait time.
2. Because of the time-consuming nature of many of the tune-up operations it will take a minimum of 48 hours to complete a tune-up.
3. We cannot improve the performance and reliability of every computer. Hardware problems and limitations or severe software problems may require corrective actions outside the scope of a tune-up. If we cannot complete a tune-up on your system we will stop and advise you of your options at no charge.
4. Additional products and services (such as installing antivirus software or configuring your e-mail) are not included as part of the tune-up but are available at our usual hourly rate
5. 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied we offer our choice of the following:
1. Fix the cause of your dissatisfaction at no charge
2. Refund your money and, if you choose, restore your computer to the condition it was in when you brought it to us, unless we were unable to back up the system.
6. Limitation of liability. We make every effort to safeguard the information on your computer. However, circumstances may cause data loss beyond our control. Our liability is limited to providing the remedies identified above; in no case shall we be responsible for incidental damages or loss of information.
7. Your privacy is important to us. We collect certain information to perform the services you have requested. We safeguard your information and share it only within our organization and only to accomplish that work. Unless you request otherwise we do make a full backup of your computer and keep it on our server for 30 days in case of system failure or dissatisfaction with the changes we made.
